Sony announced the release of its latest Sony DSC HX1 camera in Las Vegas at the PMA show. This will be very helpful for the photographers, because it has the capacity of 20x optical zoom.

This digital camera with the 20xoptical zoom, allows the photographers to take pictures from great distances. The additional features in the DSC HX1 include smile detection, Intelligent Auto, Technology of Sweep panorama, technology to detect faces and Sony G. Lens.

Its sales began in the month of April, while its pre-sales started off in the month of March itself. The camera enables shots in 224 degree panorama with one press button and sweep motion. It is the first camera in cyber shot from Sony to use Exmor CMOS sensor technology. CMOS technology allows camera to attain 10 frames per second and with the resolution of 9.1 mega pixel in constant burst mode.
